Yes. There is a charge of $3,000 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $1,500 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Gateway Crossing and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for renting a new apartment.
